Sand the Headlights: We wet-sand the headlights using grits ranging from 800 to 3,000, depending on their condition. Lower grits aggressively remove oxidation, while finer grits smooth everything out for a clear finish.
Compound and Polish: Once sanding is complete, we machine polish the headlights with a 3” polisher, restoring clarity and shine for better visibility and aesthetics.
Apply Protection: To maintain the results, we apply a ceramic coating that protects against future oxidation and UV damage. This keeps your headlights clear for the long haul.
The entire process takes about one to two hours, depending on the condition of your headlights. If needed, we can also restore fog lights for an additional fee—some fog lights may only allow for polishing, but the improvement will still be noticeable.
